Down Payment: a non-refundable $25,000 Down Payment is due at 3:00 pm on the day of auction, at the auction site, with the balance due at closing within 30 days. The down payment may be made in the form of a certified or cashier’s check. Personal check, or business check accepted with bank letter of guarantee. Your bidding is not conditional upon financing so be sure you have arranged financing. 

Acceptance of bid: This is a public auction. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site, at 3:00 pm, following the close of the auction.
